With Co-Hosting, you remain responsible for the physical property.That includes the condition of the home, maintenance, supplies, local compliance, and the people or services needed on the ground.Air Hostd manages the Airbnb responsibilities included in your selected plan. The more advanced the plan, the more of the hosting operation we can take off your plate.

Yes, depending on your plan.If you already have a cleaner or turnover team in place, Air Hostd can help coordinate and schedule those providers at the level included with your Co-Hosting plan.This allows you to keep the local people you trust while reducing the day-to-day coordination work required between bookings.

Yes, with Pro Co-Hosting.Pro clients can receive additional help sourcing, onboarding, organizing, and managing professional vacation-rental cleaners rather than needing to build the entire cleaning operation themselves.Air Hostd can help create a more automated turnover system around your Airbnb reservations while you remain the owner and operator of the property.

Yes. Pro Co-Hosting clients may also qualify for Air Hostd’s commercial laundry program where service is available.This can include automated pickup and delivery as well as access to commercial laundry pricing available through Air Hostd’s operating relationships.It is another way Pro clients can use professional vacation-rental infrastructure without moving into Full-Service Management.

Co-Hosting clients remain responsible for the physical property and local response needs.If you already have reliable local vendors, you can continue using them.Under higher levels of Co-Hosting, Air Hostd may help organize more of the operating structure around those providers, but Co-Hosting does not include the dedicated property caretaker, housekeeping leadership, inspections, or field-management structure included with Full-Service Management.

Our team can help communicate with the guest, troubleshoot the issue, and determine what is needed.If the situation requires someone to physically visit the property, the owner’s local support network remains responsible under Co-Hosting unless a different level of service has been specifically arranged.If you want Air Hostd to assume full responsibility for local property response, Full-Service Management may be the better fit.

No. Co-Hosting is designed as a back-office hosting service.Air Hostd does not perform the property inspections, professional photography, setup work, or physical onboarding associated with Full-Service Management.We learn your property through the information you provide during onboarding and work within your existing operation.

Yes.Your existing listing stays yours. Your reviews stay with your listing, and you remain the Airbnb account and listing owner.Air Hostd is added as a co-host rather than replacing your account or taking ownership of your listing.
