  • How do I know if my property is a good fit for Air Hostd?
    The quickest way to find out if your home is a good fit is to see if you qualify. Simply provide details like your property type, its location, and what percentage of the year it will be available for guests to book.
  • How much does Air Hostd charge?
    We have a clear and competitive pricing policy. You’ll get 75% of the room revenue generated. The cleaning fees are paid for by the guest on top of the room rental rate. You pay $0 for cleaning, laundry or restocking guest amenities. No upfront payments and no hidden fees Simply no strings attached
  • What is the difference between full & half-service management?
    Air Hostd provides an end-to-end hosting solution tailored to your unique property. Our program is specifically developed for owners that do not live in Rhode Island or have the time to manage their Airbnb. Half-service managers offer lower fees in exchange for sharing the duties of hosting with the owners. For example, owners must arrange for their own cleaning & maintenance after each guest, take the trash cans in and our each week, deal with the landscaper, pool service, late night guest issues and even pay an amenity restocking fee after each booking. This can be anywhere from $10-$100 depending on the listing size. The best option for you depends on your lifestyle & goals. Those that live nearby or have plenty of daily free time may benefit from some of our competitors . Owners that cannot find time or simply just do not want to deal with the complexities of dealing with the public are more aligned with what Air Hostd has to offer.
